Yoga & Myofascial Release Class
Join us on Monday, March 24th at 6:15 PM for our first yoga class! We hope to offer this class every Monday at the same time!
We are excited to introduce a brand-new Yoga and Myofascial Release Class at Arlington Physical Therapy! This class, led by Asta, blends gentle yoga with myofascial release techniques to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and feel more at ease in your body.
Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long day, reduce discomfort, or move in a way that feels good, this class is designed for all experience levels.
What You’ll Experience:
- Gentle Yoga Stretches – Slow, controlled movements to help open tight muscles and improve mobility.
- Self-Massage with Therapy Balls – Target areas of tension to promote relaxation and relief.
- Increased Flexibility – Release stiffness and enhance your range of motion through mindful stretching.
