Autumn Barnes

Autumn was born in Memphis, TN but raised in Arlington, attending Arlington High where she played softball. Graduating in 2011, she then obtained her PTA degree at Southwest TN Community College and has since concentrated in outpatient orthopedics. Due to her love for being in the gym, she decided to obtain her Personal Training certification through ACE. By combining her profession with her hobby, she is passionate about training both her patients and her clients to maximize their workouts efficiently and avoiding injury. She married her high school sweetheart, Justin, in 2017 and they have one fur baby, Reign. Together they enjoy working out, traveling, attending sporting events and concerts.
