Our Pilates classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 and Saturdays at 8:30am and run about 50 minutes long. Contact our office to reserve your spot today.
Our pilates classes focus on core strengthening, balance, flexibility, and are low impact. All ages can benefit from pilates. Our certified instructor will adjust any exercise done during the pilates classtime to fit your fitness level and abilities.
